Accommodation

We are happy to announce that our Participants will be staying at the Appart'city hotel during the event. Please note that accommodation is only guaranteed for two nights, April 3rd and April 4th. 

At the end of the first day (April 3rd), the participants will be accompanied to the hotel in order to receive their room keys. It is important to note that the rooms are double occupancy. The rooming list is provided below for reference.

Breakfast will be available at the hotel from 7:00am to 9:00am. Please indicate your preferred breakfast time range when you receive your room keys at the reception. The available time ranges are:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

7:00am to 7:30am

7:30am to 8:00am

8:00am to 8:30am
